The Emby app itself is free for browsing your media collection and casting media to other devices. However, if you want to enjoy playback functionality, a one-time in-app purchase or an active Emby Premiere subscription is required. Emby Premiere can be obtained as a monthly subscription within the app for $6.99 USD per month.

Payment for the subscription will be charged to your iTunes Account upon confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period at a cost of $6.99 USD. Subscriptions can be managed and auto-renewal can be turned off by accessing your Account Settings after purchase. Please note that no cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during the active subscription period.
